April Meeting on the 12th – Member Hunt on 21st

Just a reminder that for the month of April, ONLY, our monthly club meeting will be held the 2nd Thursday, 4/12, rather then the usual 3rd Th. May, and the remainder of the year will be back to the usual 3rd Th. Meetings start at 6p and are held at the Bartlett library on Stage Road.
Also, our club spring hunt is scheduled for Sat. April 21and is held at Centennial park in Millington. The easiest way directions wise is to take the Millington exit (highway 51 north) off 240 north loop and follow 51 into Millington. In Millington take a right on Navy road. Continue east on Navy road and once you cross the railroad tracks continue about 3 blocks and the park is on the right. Turn into the park and continue on that street, past the YMCA and you will see the pavilion with parking. You then have arrived.
The hunt fee is $75.00 for the three hunts, or $30.00 for one hunt. The hunt is for MMDC members only, but if you are not a member and would like to hunt, you can join the club, $25.00 annual fee, and you can then hunt.
Please bring your hunt fee money to the next meeting. If you cannot make the meeting, but plan to hunt, you can register and pay your fee the morning of the hunt. Registration starts at 8a and the first hunt is scheduled to commence at 9:30. Two hunts are held in the morning and the 3rd after lunch. Bring a sack lunch and drinks, or fast food places are available along Navy Rd.
We will go over the hunt in more detail at our April 12th meeting.
These hunts are fun and there are some neat prizes besides what ever silver coins you dig.
